Refer a Brand to Red Points

Affiliates earn a competitive commission for each client referred who subscribes to our services. Simple and Transparent for all affiliates.

• One-time payment per closed deal: $1,500. The payment will be made 2 months after the referred client signs a contract
• Recurring commission based on MRR: 10% of the client’s monthly subscription for the first 12 months
• Maximum $10.000 per closed deal.

You’ll have access to marketing materials and training sessions.

We will periodically provide a report giving real-time tracking of your referrals and commissions.

To participate in the Red Points Affiliate Program, please follow these key rules:

• All referrals must be submitted through the official referral form or via your unique referral link to ensure proper tracking.
• Only new business is eligible—referrals must not be existing customers or leads already in contact with Red Points.
• The incentive is based on the client’s monthly subscription fee and calculated from their contracted amount during the first 12 months.
• Self-referrals are not allowed.
• Payouts are issued according to our standard payment schedule once the client’s annual payment has been received.
• If we’re unable to contact the referred company within 3 months of the form submission, we reserve the right to reach out to them directly. In this case, the referral will no longer be considered valid.

Not all referrals may be eligible. To qualify, leads should typically meet the following criteria:

• They hold valid trademarks or Intellectual Property rights
• They are facing an ongoing (not one-off) infringement issue

We reserve the right to disqualify referrals that do not meet these requirements. If a lead is not contacted for this reason, we’ll notify you.
Please note that leads who are former clients or are already in active conversation with our team are not eligible for commission. We recommend checking with us if you’re unsure whether a lead qualifies.
