Notes for Brand Protection Service:

1. Limited enforcement – the platform might just provide the contact details of the affected sellers, which will then be contacted individually. The takedown compliance is subject to the seller’s discretion.
2. Subject to platform policy shipping destination.
3. Except those cases where the rightsholder can provide a valid court order, court decision or injunction against the seller or offer listing. For the US territory, an ITC exclusion order might be required with regard to a specific patent.
4. Provided that an IP Right from the shipping destination country of the offer is provided.
5. Patent Evaluation Report (PER) of the IP Right is required for enforcement.
6. URL leading to the original copyrighted work from an official online presence (such as an official website ) is required for enforcement.
7. Support patent analysis report documents might be required.
8. The IP Right registration used for enforcement must be of the same country as the alleged infringing content, based on publicly available information regarding the content’s location or origin.
9. The Client should be enrolled on Amazon Brand Registry and have registered the IP rights needed for enforcement under Amazon Brand Registry. The Client should also enroll Red Points as their authorized enforcement agents.
10. Specific letter of authorization is required.
11. Access and/or visibility restricted by platform to specific locale or region. VPN or domestic access required.
12. Limited Copyright Scope – Platform may not cover all Copyright infringement types (such as Ornamental or Artwork), and may require distinct images for Pictorial enforcement.
