Task Responsibility  Description
Portal account set-up Red Points Includes account and contract creation, assets configuration and detection bots set-up
Provide Business License  Customer Document that identifies the Intellectual Property owner.

Provide Letter of Authorization Customer Document signed by the IP rights owner authorizing Red Points to execute enforcement take-down actions on its behalf.

Provide IP rights Customer IP rights are mandatory, customer must provide colour copies of the original Trademark or Patent certificates for each protected territory.

Provide non-infringing sellers list Customer A list of sellers and social media accounts owned or authorized the client must be presented, this will allow us to create whitelist rules to protect authorized sellers.

Enforcement accounts creation and IP rights submission Red Points It’s mandatory to have a LoA, Business License and IP rights to create enforcement accounts on each platform.
Onboarding and training call Customer & Red Points 7 business days after the activation day will take place the onboarding call including a training to start using the Portal.
Validations in Portal Customer After the activation call, customer credentials are created and customer must start validations of the incidents.
Automation and machine learning set-up Red Points Red Points will start the automation rules and machine learning implementation, it’s an ongoing process developed during the full service.
First enforcement Red Points When the enforcement accounts are created, IP rights accepted and incidents confirmed on Portal, enforcement will start.
