| Enforcement accounts creation and IP rights submission | Red Points | It’s mandatory to have a LoA, Business License and IP rights to create enforcement accounts on each platform. |
| Onboarding and training call | Customer & Red Points | 7 business days after the activation day will take place the onboarding call including a training to start using the Portal. |
| Validations in Portal | Customer | After the activation call, customer credentials are created and customer must start validations of the incidents. |
