To submit a job application through the “Jobs” section in Red Points’ website, or while sending physically or electronically the information to Red Points, the candidate must fill in the registration form with the following data: name, surname, email, phone number, complete mailing address. The candidate will also need to attach its Curriculum Vitae for the creation of the candidate’s account and candidate profile (your “Personal Data”).
The candidate’s Personal Data will be processed by Red Points in order to manage the recruiting process, analyse the application and, if the candidate meets Red Points’ needs, in order to enable Red Points to contact the candidate to offer him/her a job at Red Points. Moreover, Red Points performs statistical studies of the recruitment processes.
The legal basis of the processing is the informed and express consent of the candidate, who may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to such withdrawal.
Under Red Points’ legitimate interest, the candidate’s Personal Data will currently be transferred to Red Points’ service provider, Bamboo HR, located in USA, which complies with the adequacy guarantees of the US-EU Privacy Shield, on the legal basis of legitimate interest. Under Red Points’ legitimate interest and in accordance with your consent, Red Points is entitled to process your Personal Data for at least a period of one (1) year, and for a maximum of two (2) years if the candidate’s profile is of special interest to Red Points.
The candidate may exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and portability of data, as well as not to be subject to automated decisions including profiling.
